Carrot is a plant and cooking ingredient.
Obtaining
Carrots can be:
- Gathered in the wild during during Spring and Summer.
- Grown by the player from Carrot seeds by planting them in tilled soil or a planter and watering them.
- Purchased from Elizabeth's Flower Shop.
- Purchased from Thorne's carrot shop after completing the quest Supplies for Thorne.
Carrot Seeds take 3 days to grow. They can be:
- Purchased from Sammy
- Crafted from Carrots using a Seedmaker.
- Collected from a Butterfly Garden.
- Found in a Seed Mystery Box or Seed Mystery Bag.
- Found as a drop while gathering wild or player-grown Carrots.
- Using Basic Fertilizer on soil before planting will increase the chance (40%) of getting a seed back when harvesting.
- Planting with a Carrot Seed Bundle will guarantee at least 1 seed back along with the plant.
Use
Wild bunnies can be tamed by feeding them Carrots for 7 consecutive days.
10 carrots can also be traded at Pamela's for a veggie basket.
