There are six caves on Kozita. Five in the Mountain Region and one on Rock Island.
Access[]
None of the caves on Kozita will be accessible until removing the thorns around the main island.
All but one (the Mine on Rock Island) are open to explore as soon as the Mountain Region is reachable. Mine access requires completing a series of quests.
Features[]
All of the Mountain Region caves are Dragon Caves. They share similar features, primarily a Dragon Rock Statue at the entrance and a nest inside that can randomly spawn a Dragon Egg.
Cave Locations[]
Note: Caves do not have names in game. For the sake of convenience and reference purposes, caves are referred to across this wiki with the placeholder names related to objects or nearby geography. The "C#" after a name refers to its pin location on the map.
All caves in the Mountain Region contain Dragon Nests.

Lagoon Cave (C1)[]
The Lagoon Cave is located toward the center of the Mountain Region, toward the back of a large lagoon surrounded by cliffs.
The Dragon Rock Statue is to the left of the entrance (it blends in with the rocks a bit).
Path Cave (C2)[]
The Lagoon Cave is in the southwest area of the Mountain Region, at the top of a hill at the end of a winding pathway.
The Dragon Rock Statue is to the left of the entrance, along with an occasional Loot Chest.
Rock Beach Cave (C3)[]
The Rock Beach Cave is south of the Path Cave, in a sunken quarry-like area at the bottom of the cliffs.
The Dragon Rock Statue is to the right of the entrance, and another statue is further south along the side of the cliff.
Black Penguin Cave (C4)[]
The Black Penguin Cave is named for the large and small black penguins in the flat area just outside. It can be reached by entering the Mountain Region from the west taking the very first snowy path on the right when entering the mountains.
The Dragon Rock Statue is to the right of the entrance, along with a Birch Tree.
Blue Penguin Cave (C5)[]
The Blue Penguin Cave is named for the Blue Penguin down the slope outside. It can be reached by entering the Mountain Region from the north and taking the first path on the left past a large outcrop in the middle of the valley.
The Dragon Rock Statue is to the right of the entrance, and a Black and White Bunny can be found nearby.
Mine/Ore Cave (C6)[]
The Mine, or Ore Cave, is the only cave on Rock Island. It is blocked off by rocks until advancing the miners' quests and completing "Open the Ore Cave".
There is no Dragon statue or nest in this cave, but there is a Loot Chest.
