Place 5x Poop and 1x Wheat into the Compost Bin overnight. 5x Basic Fertilizer will be in the bin the next morning in their place.
It is more efficient than crafting fertilizer by hand, which only creates 1x Basic Fertilizer from 2x Wheat and 2x Poop:
