Heart Balloon is a decorative item that can either be placed as furniture or held in the active hotbar slot to appear in the player's hand as an accessory.
It can only be obtained from loot crates or festival games.
When held in the active hotbar slot, the Heart Balloon will appear in the player's hand and move dyamically like a real balloon. Once placed as furniture however, it is no longer affected by player movement.
